My most favorite quilt is the first one I made on my Embroidery Machine. It is called "My Secret Garden. I made it about 5 years ago and it has been on my bed ever since. I have changed to other quilts but I always put this one back on.

Here's my favorite. It was for a very dear Japanese friend of mine that I made for Christmas '09, unfortunately shortly after that she was diagnosed with a very aggressive form of stomach cancer and died last June. It is now in Japan with her brother and his family, where it's also much loved.

All the ones you all have posted are beautiful. My favorite is the one I made for our cabin...... my first applique project.

I was with you till I learned a technique that worked for me. I think that is the answer to applique.... The LQS owner showed me a method that made sense to me and I took off. I can applique just about anything now. .... and I love it cause I can take it with me and work on it while I'm waiting at the doctor's office or sitting at an auction.....

I guess my favorite is this one, made last year for my daughter. It's really hard to pick a favorite... it's like trying to pick a favorite child! They're all my favorite in their own way.
