Oh not when there's cheeeeeeeeese!!!!!!!!
The reason I didn't mention cheese (or onions) is because that's a given. Beans may be optional, but some things you just don't mess with.

Okay, can I just say that I make the world's most awesome vegetarian chili?

My secret ingredients are packages of ranch dressing mix and taco seasoning! It sounds awful, but everyone (including meat eaters) loves it.

Now back to your regularly scheduled programming......

OK, I've been holding out for two days and I can't stand it any longer. I haven't met a feather that I didn't like. I think appropriately placed, they enhance a quilt. Now as for chilli, I can make a mean batch preferably without beans, I know because people used to buy it. As for myself, I like mine green, made with pork, with cheddar cheese on top and served with warm tortillas. Just spicy enough to make your nose run. I feel better now and yes, I just have to be different. LOL

    What is mole?
It's a sauce that was created by some Mexican nuns. Somebody important in the church was coming for a visit and their cupboards were almost bare. They fixed chicken and used what they had including chocolate to make a sauce and it was a hit.

Online it says that it is a sauce with an intoxicating blend of chocolate, chiles, garlic, onions and nuts and so much more.
