Default Finally, Cutting mats for Lefties & Righties both!

Just got my delivery from Red Rock Threads, love my new mats! Light & dark sides and best of all they are numbered both ways so as a Lefty I don't have to count backwards anymore. When my right handed sister or friends come to sew they won't have to count backwards when cutting either. No smell, self healing, love them!

I wanted those as soon as I got the email about them! Did they ship them flat? Just curious.

Yes, Katier825, they shipped them flat by UPS, they arrived in perfect condition.

DebraK- very easy to use, just means I skip the math step of counting inch squares to be sure I'm cutting accurately because I always wanted to doublecheck when I was counting backwards. Now I can put my cut edge on the 10 inch line for example, and line up my ruler on the 20 inch line for a 10 inch piece or whatever I need to cut.

Be sure to order them in cooler weather. I order a mat from JAF and in the summer heat, it warped because UPS stops at my place at the end of the day.

Heed ManiacQuilter's advice - I didn't even think about that and I'm in central west coast FL! Well good thing God helps those too scatterbrained to help themselves!

I have the 18 x 24 one and it's great for taking to classes. On my big mat at home I used a sharpie to add the left counting numbers. You don't have to be left handed to get the benefit from this. I use it all the time.
