ENJOY!!! I got mine from ebay in August 2010 and LOVE it!!!! Mine is a 1956 model in near perfect condition with all the original bits and pieces!! The extra feet were in original box still wrapped in the oiled paper!!! Never been out the box!!! There are still bargains out there!!!!

Congrats! It took me 4-5 years of yard saling/flea marketing before I got mine - only paid $100 for her and she's in great shape.

Have fun sewing on your new FW!

I am living Christmas again!!!!!
Wonderful, they are indeed special machines and worth every penny, no matter what you end up spending.

Congrats! I know you will love it as much as I love mine that my wonderful, sweet, kind, beautiful daughter got me. I was having a wonderful time this past week sewing on her, then I had to fill bobbin and re-thread. Couldn't get her to sew for ANYTHING!!!. Got my instruction book out and then it hit me----- Thread from LEFT to right. Duh. I knew that. Only excuse is, I've been using my Singer 66 Treadle and my Brother and they all thread differently. It's easy to get confused when you're....... old?
