I'm right there with ya! Do you take anything to help you sleep? Sometimes a small dose of ?? can help you get to sleep so you can feel better rested. It helps me.
I avoid caffeine, and white flour products. Whole grains help. Eating small portions of protein throughout the day also helps with fibro fog.
Hope your doc will listen to you. Keep speaking up. Maybe make a list of questions/concerns too.
Best to you!! Here we come quilting! :)

Hope you feel better soon and your new Dr works out. Once you hit upon an agreeable medication, things are a little easier.

The table runner sounds lovely...look forward to seeing pics.

Just wanted to let you know I use Lyrica for my pain. If I go without it my family will ask"Are you taking your Lyrica",this helps me more than anything. Have you tried it? If not, please do I recommend this to everyone. Kinda expensive, but they will help with cost, with most situations.

:( I tried Lyrica and had horrible side effects. I am very sensitive to medications and have to be careful. I'm so glad it helps you!

Had another great sew day today. I worked on this last week and finished piecing it today. The borders are a little wavy but I'm sure I can quilt that out.

Tomorrow I'm going back over there for another sew day!! WOW two days in one week. I'm so excited.

Oh..and the fabric is Moda's Martinique.

I absolutely LOVE that fabric. I should because I have bought a lot of it. My quilt top is finished and everything bought to finish the quilt. Now I just have to get up the nerve to finish my first larger size quilt.

Same here. My doctor put me on Celebrex first and then we changed to Mobic. That has kept me moving for several years now. But I notice that when I'm stressed that I not only feel bad mentaly but I hurt physicaly after. One thing that helps me most is to Keep Moving. It's hard, but it helps the most. Good luck with your new doc and your tablerunner!
