Check with your local library or senior center as possibilities.

Does anyone belong to OES (Order of the Eastern Star)? You might be able to use the hall they use or so they have the Rebbecah's in the USA? Those type of halls have what you need in the repasse areas usually.

Have you checked fraternal groups buildings Many are under used. VFW, Elks clu, Moose lodge, firehall. To rent meeting or banquet room many times you do not have to be a member. Rules vary by each location. Usually reasonably priced. Check with local newspaper, they may have a list where other groups meet.
Sometimes restaurants offer meeting rooms for the price of the meal. Check out Dennys, I-hop

My daughter is involved with 4-H and meet at the county farm bureau office. Great tables, chairs and a kitchen! Hope you have an office or similar down there! Library would also be a good place to check out. Good luck!
