That was my plan but if I do, each print block will have part red & part black frameing it. would that look ok?

is that all sewn together ? Was just wondering what it looks like if you take the two side pieces and turn them ? to frame the focus fabric , does that make sense ?

Not sewn together. That would make ALL the focus fabric framed with one color. I wasn't sure if they would stand out like being framed in 2 colors. Guess it willl be ok

I used 6 fabrics in mine. I call it "Harvest" because of all the Fall colors.

Does anyone have other ideas for the 3 colors I have? Guess I am brain dead or its just on vacation and didn't tell me!

I think you meant a total of three fabrics? I did.
Thimbleberries "Postcards from Canada" for my nephew for Xmas.
