I'm sure you are not the only one in this club. I find the older I get the more light I need to see with. A friend was using one of these lights -- LED Flex Neck Huglight. It really put out the light. I am going to check into one. I can see lots of uses for them.

Perhaps some glasses! I can't fault anyone, I once put my glasses on, however I was holding a seam ripper in my hand and managed to poke myself in the eye! No injury, thank goodness.

I haven't poked myself like that (yet) but I have sewn my clothes to the quilt while stitching in my lap.

LOL, done my fair share of personal injuries while sewing...like the time I put the sewing machine needle through my fingernail bed.

Glad you got your nose and not an eye.
