    I just started quilting a beautiful top for a friend who is sick. I messed up good with it. I think I will have to rip it.
    I'm so disheartened.

    My was a Bady quilt that I was putting together. Had it in quilting machine before I seen that "O P" come before"L M N".for this quilt. you know it will never see the light of day.

    Just where is it written that all panels in a quilt have to go the same way? It might be more interesting to mix them up a bit. (That's my story and I'm sticking with it.)

    You meant to do it that way. It's a design element to make it an original work of art. Besides, now you can look at it from any angle, there is no absolute top or bottom.

    There are days when we really should just lie on the couch watching TV or reading quilt magazines while eating some chocolate because we need to recharge our batteries.
