I love your quilt! What is the name of the pattern?

The name of the pattern is OPPOSITES ATTRACT and it was in the Oct/Nov 2011 QUILT Magazine. The pattern was for the quilt top. For the back I used 10" blocks of various fabrics sewing them together until I had enough!

I made a just black and white for my daughter, she loved it, it was a puff one. It was really fun to make. I collected a lot of black and white prints.

I did a black & white cat quilt. Half black cats on white backgrounds and the other half white cats on a black background. All the cats had a red bow tie.

Thanks, I'll have to see if it is still on the news stands.

I did, and yes, a thin read border to match one wall in the bedroom.

e using the split 9 patch on Marcia Hohn's site, Quilter's Cache. http://www.quilterscache.com/S/SplitNinePatchBlock.html

I photographed different layouts to see what looked better to me.
