Welcome from Stony Brook, NY. My husband has family living in and around Dolthan. Unfortunately, none of them quilt. You have plenty of good links here from others, so just let me give you encouragement. Your daughters will love the quilt.

Hello from Petoskey Mi. We used to travel every 6 weeks through Dothan on our wasy Gunter AFB to see our son and family. Don't they have a peanut festival? You are really going to love it reading and getting to know the people on this board. I only just joined and love it. I have been doing quits getting some fabric from thrift store.

Small world. We have only been here since Thanksgiving, but love it. Mainly because we have 5 grandchildren 3 miles up the road from our apartment. It's beautiful here.,then as we have traveled throughout the USA in our RV we live in an amazing country. I haven't found a state that I didn't like. There is so much beauty everywhere. Sometimes we just need to stop quilting to see it. HA!!!!!!!!!!
