Hi from TN. I too am rusty but am taking another shot at quilting. I am sorry to hear about your son. I have two and 2 daughters and would hate to lose either one of the 4.

Welcome and my condolences for your son. My mother passed away last year and sewing is turning out to be therapeutic for me. Your quilt sounds lovely, but I'm a newbie at quilting and I don't have any suggestions for you.
