Help with embroidery stitch to "tie" quilt
Someone on the board showed a unique way of using perle cotton to tie a quilt where there were no actual knots, but it was a continuous stitch. I believe the front of the quilt showed a "V" shape and the back a short stitch. Anyway, the needle was run through the batting to the next stitch. I have searched and searched for this posting ... to no avail. Does anyone remember seeing this, or maybe have it bookmarked? Any help is so appreciated!!

THANK YOU!!!! Thimblebug your second post is the one I remembered. Very clear directions. The others provide very helpful info as well. I am making a quilt from men's deconstructed neckties and want to use this stitch to "quilt" it. Again, thank you!! I love this board!
