    this looks like parts of it....except they did not do a 4patch in the center of each star

    My guess is it's an Ohio Star block and a snowball block.

    this gets my vote,, and I think the maker designed their own applique by using pix from different places..VERY nice and VERY creative...

    someone posted on my fair post that they are making it....i knew i had seen it before....the book is out of print but amazon has it or the digital download...the amazon books are very pricey
