I think a dark blue binding with a yellow flange would look very nice. I did a flange binding and really love how it turned out.

The flange idea sounds great. The quilt back looks like a very nicely executed modern quilt. The top is wonderful too.

I like the idea of the yellow. I try to make my binding a color that I want to pull from the top to make it more visible and have more 'pop'.
