How hard can it be ...

I have done the very same thing more times than I will admit here. I've even left myself a sticky note right on the sewing machine where I can't miss it, and then I forget to read it when I come back and turn on the machine. I feel your pain!!! Don't you want to just kick yourself in the head!

I think these new machines should go back to where ever you were when you turned them off. You shouldn't have to reset them every time you turn them on. Do you hear me, sewing machine companies? If some company did that I would buy their machine. I have to stop and "try" to remember what my settings were all over again. My seam ripper and I are on very good terms most of the time. Apparently she doesn't like being kept in my sewing box because she makes things happen that make me get her out of the box. Naughty girl!

I know when I turn mine off I have to reset it before starting again. It goes back to the default setting. I'm finally learning to check before I start to sew. I don't know how many times I've forgotten to reset it and had the needle hit the presser foot. I have to move the needle over to use the 1/4" foot. LOL
