I only have 3 or 4 things that are definitely for Christmas this year.
1. Lap quilt for DH with a old time movie theme, top about 3/4 way pieced.
2. Asian themed small purse for oldest DD.
3. Chef's apron for same DD.
4. Possibly some towels for same DD with a tree frog embroidered on them....Hmmmm maybe some for youngest DD too
Oh dear! Now my mind is expanding on the possibilities...

Our family only gives gifts to kids so I have a much shorter list than most people. Only 4 people to buy for at all. Everyone gets more than one gift, but still it's pretty easy.
I'm making
a blanket for son #2
a tote bag for my daughter if I can find a pattern I like
a quilt of some type is under consideration for my nephew, but maybe not. (His parents are not the type to like such things.)

I'm having a hard time coming up with ideas.
I know what I'm doing for my dad's quilt. I bought the fabric last March, lol! I made a quilt for my parents last year, my mother keeps it upstairs in her room, to cuddle under while she's watching TV, but she told me she keeps having to chase after it because my father sneaks off with it to the basement where he watches TV. So my dad's getting his own.
I also have my best friend covered.
I have my in-laws and my mother left to figure out.... *sigh*

well to help rid my stash and finish up some things I am making
-lap quilts for 9-10 co-workers (2 tops almost done)
-finish DH's quilt that I started years ago (top just needs borders)
-a quilt for each of my kids(need 3, none started)
If time I will make a lap or bigger for my nephew and MIL.
this doesn't include the doll quilt swaps and dear jane x-mas swap
and I still have to get ready for the dear jane sew along in january!
now lets see what I actually get done!!
