So do I need to count just this century, or must I go back to the last century.

Agree - unfinished = hanging over my head; can't take it. Much too goal oriented for my own good!

I count in January and try every year to work down the count. The first half of the year I was able to keep focus. It has been downhill from there but I am ok with that (until Jan comes around again).

The real answer. I have 5 kitted, over 8 in process, 5 waiting for quilting, 1 in the frame.

gosh- feels like hundreds!
probably about 12-15 actually being worked on - another dozen not forgotten but set aside for various reasons...and then there are the ones i've pretty much given up on ever finishing...
i don't know what my deal is this year- but i've been (trying) to get the binding stitched on a quilt that isn't even twin sized- and i'm about 1/2 way around it---it's been 2 weeks! i carry it back and forth with me to work- and wind up working on it for 5-10 minutes....
i have decided no matter what comes up---i'm not taking on another dog-gone project until i have at least 6 of the current ones out the door!... now to keep myself to that....
