Between the quilts I want to do and have fabric for and the wool applique I want to do, I've given up counting.

Folders full of them. Several hundred in each of 4 folders on my computer then at least 6 over stuffed folders on the bookcase. Also still have every quilt book or quilt magazine I've ever bought. I hate to think how many dollars all the books & magazines have cost. They've brought me a lot of pleasure over the years so I guess the money is irrelevant.

That's the problem. Many of my ideas are in the closet, packed as kits and now PIGS. Many, many more in my head.

My cousin has to be the champ. She told me a few months ago that she had 79 quilt projects in the queue. She has the fabric for all of them.

I think I only have 10 or so, so I'm just a slacker.

Exactly! And to the same effect-- some days everything is slo-mo because my CPU can't pic just one thing to focus on

Wow, I use to not have tons of projects in my head but I do now - especially after watching all the quilting tutorials of Jenny with Missouri Star Quilt Company. She has inspired and encouraged me - plus being a visual learner made me believe I could do this! Such an encouragement! Then of course you see fabric, and it inspires you and you love it and then there's magazines. on and on hahha

I saw this quote on a posting by "lettawellman": If our longevity is determined by all the things we want to do, then I will never die" and thought, "Yep, that's me!"

When I had to give up my sewing room and quilting, due to health issues, I found many projects that I had started but never finished. Even I was shocked at how many UFO's I had.
