How Many Quilts Will You Finish This Year?
#22
I made at least 34 lap quilts for donation. I quilted two pillow covers and a 85x 95" quilt for us. There may have been more, I really don't keep track. I am in the process of cutting up scraps for at least two bed size quilts now. Don't know if they will be done by end of year. I sew most days and work on them during the day and if something else comes up then I do that.

I am in the same boat as you with working full time. I am also a grandmother for the first time Oh what a joy! I spend my day off adoring my sweet grandchild, and helping the new parents out.
I have made 2 baby quilts and one guild challenge lap size quilt this year. I have made many masks for friends and family. I am also enjoying my other hobby...knitting, as it allows me to take it with me on the patio when the weather is nice...or while my grandchild sleeps, I can knit a bit.

I have finished one quilt for grandson's birthday. It was probably started in June and the label/binding was just finished. This included about a six week wait for the LA quilter.
One more quilt is close to the finish line. I just need to make the label. Then stitch down the binding. The binding is already attached around the edges. I put the label into two corners of the binding so that is the hold up.

Doll quilts (30" square and under) about two dozen.
Crib size (about 36 x 45) to lap size (about 45 x 60) about ten, plus at least half a dozen tops.
Larger (charity tops only) half a dozen.
(I am retired and sew every day.)
