How many quilts on your 'to do' list?
#51
I don't have a "To Do List" as far as specific patterns go. I would like to eventfully make a quilt for each person, if not at least each family in my family. I'm kinda working backwards as the great nieces/nephews get a quilt when born, then special occasions; like 60th Bday, retirement, 13th Bday for godchild. I did make a quilt for MIL soon after starting to quilt. She is the only parent left. Although, I have bought a few patterns with a specific person in mind.

Too Many to count... besides the ones I have here not completed or started... about 6... then the ones I have saved on my computer... well that number is in the 100's. OMG!
Too many quilts... not enough fabric or hours in the day!!!

Right now: six off the top of my head. And I already have the fabrics for them!

I have 7 I am currently working on and hundreds of patterns on my wish list.
I have almost started another because it was a kit and I have the fabric, but I stop myself promising to get some of the 7 done first.
You're right, there are only so many hours in the day. Must be why I lay awake most nights thinking about quilting. Unfortunately, my sewing room is right next to our bedroom and sewing all night would keep hubby up.

I tend to grab whatever I have left lying around to start a new project but I do keep a file and bookshelf with ideas and frequently peruse them. I know from going through Irene and having no access to my sewing due to porch furniture stored everywhere, that patchwork, and I DON"T CARE WHAT KIND, is what makes me happy, brings me peace, and keeps me out of trouble!
