I love my Go! Some say it doesn't help those that have shoulder or neck problems, so I guess I may be one of the exception.

I have one but don't use it much. Not because I don't like it but haven't made anything lately to really use it. I did make a rail quilt & it worked great!

I have a GO! Love it. Have the strip dies B/C I can't cut straight strips for the life of me. It's quick. I generally don't like sewing small blocks together but I'm going to start cutting up my scraps and see what I can come up with as far as a quilt.

If you can afford the little extra price get the Go! instead of the Baby Go. Don't think you can use the strip cutters with the Baby.

I have a GO and I am pleased with it. You say you only want to do small things???Well maybe the Go Baby would be better suited to you. The Big Shot Pro Westminster by Sizzix is larger than the GO, needs a dedicated place to stay somewhat like the Studio and I do believe it cuts more layers than the Go products. I like the portability of the GO and it does not "waste" material; just lets you make use of more of your stash!!!! Why wait til Christmas?????that is a long way off, you could have many things made by then!!! and then you could ask for more dies!!!!!! Just kidding....

I know that this is an old thread, but....

Has anybody made a wedding ring quilt using their dies? My wife bought me the set of dies and would like me to make her a wedding ring quilt with it. I am not an appliqué kind of guy, and would rather piece it together then quilt it on my frame.

Tips?

Thanks,

Steve

I do not think I would use it. If you plan on taking it out to workshops etc maybe you would.

Thanks. The instructions that came with the die set seem to show how to put the quilt together as an appliqué quilt. This is why I bought it was an appliqué set. I think I'll start on it and see where I endup.

Thanks for the YouTube info. I am going there next.
