$7.50 for a charm pack is not a bad price. I've seen them cheaper but not often.

As long as was nice fabric, I did buy fat quarters anytime that they were $1 or less. That is how I began my stash. Anything in my price range was a contender, I even bought a few that I will have to cut "really small" to make them pretty enough to use. I have not bought fabric in 16 months! (Trying for a record! Lol!)

That is way too high....I can buy nice fat quarters for 3.99 for 5.

Wally world sells them for 99 cents--Jo Anns here start at about $2.00

I have paid $2.45 for FQ's at quilt shows, but only for fabrics I cannot find locally. Since my favorite store closed two years ago (they sold FQ's for $.99), I have found I purchase fewer FQ's. I frequently purchase 1/2 yards of fabric and cut my own FQ's for swaps, etc.
