Here's a pic of my puppy who is growing up fast! almost 9 months old ... he loves the rain!

For the quilt, I'm seeing vines and flowers (Morning Glory maybe?) making their way up the quilt. I like your pattern. Was it a pain cutting only one size of each square/each fabric?

The dog looks adorable. Maybe he likes the rain because it's cool with all that fur.

My suggestion would be overlapping circles, with maybe a fill in the overlap.

My first thought is like wesing's - something vertical would look nice. Even a simple straight line through each column would look nice ..... but what about using a combining wesing and hcampani ideas?? Something like this?

Here's my suggestion.
Terry in the ADK, if you have a Galaxy tablet, select the photo shown here, menu pops up , chose " download to phone". Then go to your gallery ( find downloads), and select that photo. To bring it down in pixels, l use editing ( transform) and bring margines in for a closeup of one area. Then l use the ecid feature that allows you to draw on the photo. ..and " save" . I use this feature to doodle on my own quilts...love it! I use a stylus because l have fat fingers, lol.

I think you have some good suggestions for quilting already and I was going to mention maybe you could do some sort of circles since you have colored squares. Love you fur baby-looks pretty comfy resting there.

I like the ideas of designs with rounded areas to balance the very squared appearance of the squaress. Lots of space for design in negative spaces. I, for one, will be anxious to see shat yu do.
