how to quilt a t-shirt quilt
#3
Since you didn't list specifics as to what you're looking for as far as far as quilting the t-shirt quilt, I'm assuming you're just looking for tips. My best suggestion is to put "t-shirt quilt" in the search box here. It's been discussed a lot lately, and there's a plethora of information here on the forum in different posts. Good luck!

Use a batting that allows a lot of space between quilting lines, ( like warm & natural allows up to 10" - there are others too)
Use a New, Sharp needle in the size appropriate for the thread weight. Lengthen your stitch length a little bit. Choose a large, open design that allows you to go around the rubbery, decal areas

I just weighed the one I use every day, which is a lap quilt. It has lightweight interfacing and a flannel back, and it weighs only 3.72 lbs. Not heavy at all. I used W&N batting with it.
