It would make cute aprons, tote bags, pillow cases.

For starters, I would make a handbag, maybe the Bow Tucks bag, or possibly throw pillows, or backing for a quilt.

I would fussy cut one of the pieces and make them the centre of your blocks, put two thin borders similar to the frames around each picture, and use the other piece as the outer border.

What about a "Square in a Square" with the fabric as the center of the square? Your 2nd picture doesn't show the scale, but it looks like you wouldn't need to fussy-cut if you could get more than one picture in the center square. You could either pick up all the colors in the fabric in the outer square (if you like scrappy) or stick with the blue for the outer square.

I also think this fabric would make great kitchen accessories such as a mixer cover, potholders, etc. You could smile every time you see it.

A purse or bag would be very, very cute.

The 9 patch pizzazz quilt pattern is great for using fabric where you don't want to cut up the cute pictures. The book is by Judy Cisneros.
