At the present time I have 9 machines counting the featherweight and sergers and not long ago my huggy asked me if it wasn't time to buy a new machine. I appreciate his support.

My husband just shakes his head and asks where will you put it. I found two a second hand shop (Kenmores) ang got them for about 25-30 bucks total. I have 2 Husqvarna Viking 905 sergers, 1 555 sewing machine, 2 #1+ sewing/embroidery machines (1 is set up to embroidery), 1 Emore embroidery only machine, 2 Kenmores, 1 Brother 1600 and 1 Brother PRW 5000, plus my daughters both having Hus/Vikings they left here at home I use. I did explain that I use each machine for something different just like he would use different tools for different things. My husband just asked me when everything will go to basement. He even goes fabric shopping with me. Yep he knows I love to dabble.

I understand. My husband left many years ago and from time to time I wish I had someone to explain my quilting to. AH, well, I just sew and some day........ or maybe not, I will share my quilts and quilting passion with a special someone.

Hoping it is the machine you want. I have "+" machines and my DH is the one that got most of them for me. I have a newly aquired Singer 301A that I did some free motion on yesterday. Love that machine!! Good luck.

I'm lucky because hubby loves sewing machines like I do. Trouble is we have so many now. But I still need a few featherweights. Want one for each of my girls and then for the grand daughters also. Plus the 8 year old grandson would love one. He loves to quilt. We have given him an old machine that he can use for his quilting. You would of though we had given him the world. Yes, he is only 8 and loves to quilt.
