You sent us a reminder that all of our efforts even those unfinished have a place and a home in our world. That was a sincerely touching tale of sharing your husband and your gift with another. Blessings to you and to those who took your quilt top and labored to bring it to another vet.

I just read your post to DH, who is a Vietnam Vet. He was so moved by the generosity of your giving that it brought a tear to his eye. He & I thank you for what you did in honor of your DH. This memory will live forever with you. God Bless you!

What a sad and lovely story. I am so sorry that your husband passed away. You are also in my prayers. What a beautiful person you are to give this quilt top along and have some one else be blessed with it.

Sorry for your loss, but glad the quilt found a home worthy of your husbands memory.
