From your description it sounds like the boards they sell here to do jigsaw puzzles on, you can leave the bits on the board and fold it over. I am going to have a look!

I am glad that you found a good (and affordable) solution to your layout problem AND that you have access to this group of quilters from the comfort of your home.

Great tip. Glad this board helps you get through the day.
You must get pretty lonely and that gets old. My new BF has severe back disabilities and walks with a cane and really needs a wheelchair since she trips and falls often. We went out the other day and had a 'girls day out' We had a ball. Of course she was in bed for three days after-too much excitement. She tells me every time I speak with her how much she enjoyed our outing and she hopes we can do it more often. I hope you are able to find someone to do things with or that will visit you or call you often. Blessings to you.

thank you. I am blessed in that I have a companion of the passed 7 years. And while he loves to roller skate and bike ride, I make sure he has his time to do those things and je makes sure that he takes me to special places that I would like to go whenever. And as with your friend, one fantastic day can put down for three. But, sometimes the trade off is worth it.

    blessings

    Blue,

Is it possible to take a picture of your talking board? I stopped at Wal-Mart tonight and couldn't find anything like what you describe. I cannot figure out what you are describing but it sounds like a great idea and I would like to get one. Thanks!

I will be happy to. It has blocks on it, no particular order, but I can still take a photo for you. I post it in a few minutes,
