Sounds like something I need to invest in.

I have the small and the 12 " and love them both. They sure do come in handy.

I also just bought this mat & love it! I just used it to square up 6 1/2 inch squares. I bought it at Joanne's on sale.

Fiskars owes you thanks. I just ordered one, too. And the Havel clipper I've been wanting.

My husband made me a rotating mat. He cut a board the same size as one of my mats, glued it to a turn-table and it works perfect. Saved money also.

About 5 years ago, while at a quilt show, I broke down and bought the circular revolving wheel by Martelli. It has several layers and one of them is for ironing. I now use that on my ironing table. It is ultra-sturdy, really well made and truly an investment meaning it cost a lot in my mind. But I have never regretted it. I couldn't be without it, especially squaring up blocks and cutting triangles. I didn't find the other brands to have the quality of the Martelli when I looked around...so if you're at a quilt show and you see them there, go take a look. It is the one item along with my rotary cutter and bernina I would grab if there was a fire!
