Short and good. Since I was at work and we were busy with a lot going on we didn't get time to chat a lot. I know she does purses though, and mentioned my Bible Cover! She needed grommets for her purses, which I walked her to and handed her the two colors we had. It's always fun to be able to have what the customer is looking for! (Doesn't always happen)
I know what you mean. i was in Walmart yesterday and they didn't have the photo cube for the "Ultimate Pincushion" you shared with all of us on this site recently.

Did you post a Bible cover on this site? I would love to have that pattern. Linda
I am going to work on that today. I've been at work and then too tired to do the tutorial justice, so today should have time.
So sorry you can't find the photo cube. I'm also working of figuring out an alternative for that.

I joined this site back in December. I usually do more reading than talking. Absolutely love this site. There has been some talk on here about ages etc. of quilters. I have a question. What does a quilter look like? Would you know one if you met one? :-D

Would think a person was a quilter if they were dressed, let merry to explain. When I get up and have to leave the house in a hurry I put a bandana on my hair cause it is crazy curly, if it is cold I wear my big flannel jacket usually stretch pants and a tshirt with some kind of print on it, my slip on tennis shoes. My family says Iook like I am going to go and knock off a bank or something. Would you think I was a quilter? Probably not. I don't usually look that way but when I step into a lqs they watch like a hawk no matter how I am dressed.

Of course, I should be careful -- someone might locate me by identifying the pine cones! :D[/quote]

Too funny!

I think most non quilters think of quilters as little old ladies. :-D
