I think this would look very nice...I made one for my nephew a few years ago...5 blue strips in one patch, reds in another and purples in the third...I looked really sharp.

I was just trying to find a picture to show you....but, it must have been before I was using a digital camera.

I think the tube block tutorial is a great idea and easy too.

Yes, I had totally forgotten about the tube tutorial, it is an easy quilt!! And rail fence - I have done a few of them, they are easy and fun!! Thank you so much, ladies!
