    The fabric choices take away frome the block, its still a very nice block.

    All I can say, is good for you, I made about 50 of those blocks for this quilt...( the small ones around the outside), I hand pieced mine ...don't think I'd want to machine piece.....You done good!!!

    I agree you need more contrast so the pattern pops.

    I love the block, but the print in the upper right corner is a little large compared to the others. Lots of open space without flowers.

    I could deal with the business once you put it all together. The large floral is too large for the pattern you are using it in (cream background) and I would definitely pull out the other cream. Need a little higher contrast vs. the background fabric. You did a great job and it will be a beautiful quilt! :) :thumbup:

    When I am in doubt I take a picture with my digital camera. I would take a closeup and a further away pic. You see things things differently through the camera. It is nice but I too think you need more contrast, so you can see the pattern design.

    I like your fabrics and pattern, but you do need more contrast. The block is mostly pink.......maybe add more blue ?
