Default ideas for twin baby boy quilts needed

HELP! Nephew and wife (a doll) are having twin boys near first of year. There is a brother who just turned 2. I made his with trucks, planes etc. Wanting to make the twins something that signifies they are a twin but separate. Also needing it to be a fairly quick to make as I am working on a wedding quilt for spring for a grandson. Any ideas? Thanks for any help you can give me.

You can't go wrong with Warm Wishes. You can use the same focus fabric but then use two different accent tonals. There have been lots of photos posted made from this pattern on this website. Instructions are free from the magazine company that supports Linus charity quilts. Here is the pattern that I created from EQ.

I was going to say Warm Wishes with the same colours but different focus fabric but ManiacQuilter2 beat me to it.

Or can do a disappearing nine patch with the same focus fabric and different other colors, or different focus and same colors.

Recently I made baby quilts for twins (girl & boy). I made the same pattern but different colors. Would do the same thing with same gender twins - just vary the fabrics used.

I used the Yellow Brick Road for friends who had twin boys & used the colours they preferred. ... they were a little bit busy for me... BUT they loved them.... Mommy is Filipino & these quilts were totally different than the ones I made their 1st son... and their 4th ... a daughter.

I always thought this would be cute for twins, making it a 36" square. The orange and the yellow colors would be fabrics to represent each twin, and you could use more of the particular twin's fabric for borders and backing.
