If you drive by a Quilt Shop Do You Always Stop?
#65
Anytime I travel, I scope out what quilt shops are along the way, and plan those stops. It is amazing to see the variety between shops. I have found so much inspiration, even if I don't buy anything, but I almost always find something or several things I need!

No - because that would be too much like my ex-husband and his model railroad obsession. He knew where every model railroad hobby shop was in a tri-state area. We could never not stop if we were in the vicinity of one of the towns he knew had one. Scary, very scary obsession. I will personally pull the plug on my quilting if I ever even appear to be getting that way.

NEVER...first, the closest one is about 28 miles away...second, I have over 3,000 yards of fabric, 200 books, 100+ patterns, etc, etc..and I have made all of ONE quilt in the last 3 years.....I am hoping that will change when I get my online store all closed up....sigh...
