Do I have $30.00 in one hand and a 40% off coupon in the other one? Then I could get twice as much lovely fabric.

(I'm not mentioning the fact that I'm bad at math, not when I have FABRIC to buy)

I would be so distracted at all of the pretties and the ideas just whirling - confusion would set it and I wouldn't buy a thing! Sometimes I just can't make a decision!

I would walk in, turn right around and head to Joann's with my 40% coupon and get twice as much. And still have money left for a Happy Meal....LOL

Chances are if I only have $30 to spend I'm not going to be in a quilt store to start with. When I am in a quilt store I always have at least $50 to spend. We're not rich but I do budget for my quilting and I can save it up for a couple of months and then go to a LQS. There are times I'll save my quilt budget for several months at a time and then go spend it all at once.

If they had what I was there for initially, I'd get that and then see how many other goodies I could get with the rest...which is how I normally shop anyway!
