There was someone who had a lemon machine and finally with her persistence her dealer replaced it. Good luck and let us know what happens.
Thanks, I just got back from my dealer. They took my two old feet (haha, no reflection on my age), and are ordering a new for me. The dealer has not had any other returns on this particular model, but they are going to contact Janome. The mechanic was conveniently in today, so he checked the timing and I'm good to go. Hopefully the new foot will arrive in a few days.
