Irish Chains are one of the easiest to make. And, once you master that, which doesn't take long, some who haven't figured it out yet, there are several blocks that can be made with sewing the strips together and then cut into squares. Saves some time instead of cutting up several tiny squares and sewing them together.

Nessie....your is truly awesome!
My very first quilt i learned to make was the double irish chain too! Loved it....hmmm, time for me to make another one in colors like Jenny showed us!!
I love Missouri Quilt too....they did the closed caption on the tute after I emailed them and asked for help! Wasnt that grand??

I agree. Jenny is a wonderful teacher. You can tell that she loves quilting and she loves teaching others to quilt. I have learned more from Jenny than any other source.
