I have ordered several times from there, and I love their material!

I agree. The first time I went it I was in seventh heaven along with sensory overload. Their batik area alone is the size of a small LQS! Unfortunately I did not plan my stop in well and did not have time to go through the whole place. Next time I will plan better!

Honey, it must have been the same article I read. Said the exact same thing. If you see a fabric at JoAnn's that looks exactly like what you saw in your LQS, it is NOT. It's the same print done on a cheaper fabric. And some of the fabric at JoAnn's is dang near as expensive as the quilt shops.

I received a catalog from Keepsake quilting, and was curious as to the quality and satisfaction from this Board. I 'searched' this, found this thread, and now, will not hesitate to order from them. The pages ae wet from drooling over the fabric!!

Also, if you are local, on New Year's Day, everything in the store is 20% off. It's a nice way to spend the day, together with other fabric lovers. This year, I got an extra bonus, I found out about a local embroiders' guild that meets in my town. I've gone once and enjoyed my time with this new-to-me group.
Certainly a place for fabric eye candy! (And...only twenty minutes from work. Can't go too many times but do from time to time. Oh, it's my b-day this weekend, maybe I'll HAVE to go :))...
