Prime is so worth the cost. I get free ship and returns, in fact I don't even take the returns anywhere. They pick them up at my house (UPS). No charge.

Have not dealt with them, but I can tell you that shipping is horrible right now. Getting items loaded onto containers to ship to US takes forever and then they sit at the coastline for month or more before being unloaded and shipped to anyone. They are having real problems getting anyone to work on loading or unloading containers. People just do not want to work anymore. Try to contact them by email and please be patient. I know it is frustrating when they charge you and then take forever.
