knotting warm and natural quilt
Good morning Ladies and Gents, I have a question; I have just finished a small quilt for a Great Grandson with 12 inch blocks. I have used warm and natural batting and would like to knot the quilt. My question is how many inches between knots must I have. Thanks in advance to all.

If Warm and Natural says 10 inches for quilting, I would probably go closer if you are knotting. I like to knot every 4 inches when I tie a quilt. If you go every 4 inches you can use one looooong piece of string to go all across the quilt. The 4 inches gives you enough length of string between the ties to cut in the middle for 2 inch ends to tie.

I've found that W&N survives washing very well.
