Didn't know there was anything other than last minuet. LOL My DD#1 told me I do my best work at the last minuet.

I always do the most at the last minute. But this time I think I have waited too long to finish my challenge quilt with my guild. I just couldn't ever get into it, so I don't think the last minute is going to be my friend this time.

i don't do things at the last minute... i do them at the VERY last minute... like fishing the binding on a baby quilt ON THE WAY TO THE SHOWER!

i brought along the wrapping & wrapped it in the car when we got there... thank god for the woman (had to be a woman) who invented the gift bag w/tissue paper!

"The Last Minute" must be a relative of "The Last Place I Looked" when I was hunting for something I misplaced.

I can always find something else do to, if there isn't a "last minute" deadline on a project. I've been working on a baby quilt for a family baby since Feb. But other projects came ahead of it, because we had an ill church member, and we had the homeless shelter at church for a week (I make fleece blankets for those kids), and I wanted to work on a baby quilt for the church quilting group.

This week, I got my dental cleaning reminder in teh mail. Oops - just the deadline I needed. June 8th, I'll finish the quilt so I can deliver it to my dentist - the baby's daddy. I've already seen the baby at Easter.

I've had red and white fabric waiting for some cutting for another quilt since last year. No rush, because I've got no deadline.

I've finally had to admit to myself that I'm just wired to be a last-minute-type-of-gal. I actually told my employer when I interviewed for the job that I probably wouldn't be on time most days. Fortunately I was well qualified and there weren't many applicants!
