We've all been there and it's sooo frustrating. Happy ripping.

Ditto. I just decided to take apart some blocks I sewed together when I was 12 yo, and the stitches are so small, I can barely get the ripper under them. I'm at the point I might just cut the seams and start with smaller blocks.
Unsew like us paper piecers do ... with our rotary cutter.

Railroad tracks! Slow down (ask me how I know, lol) Quilting keeps us humble!

I have done that more times than I can count! LOL! It is very frustrating! At least it should be easy to take out.

Maybe this is something everyone knows already but the easiest way to rip a out a seam is to rip every 5th-6th stitch then pull the bobbin thread and all (or most) will come out.

Also a tip, have a practice sandwich to test quilt before doing the actual quilting then you'll catch problems such as this before you start.
