What a great find!!! I know that makes you feel so good to come upon a deal like that. One day I was in a Goodwill Store and a clerk was taking fabric out of a cart and putting it on a shelf to sell. It was some of WalMart's better fabric, and it wasn't old. Much of it they still carried. It was bright and colorful and especially good for children. I couldn't believe they were selling it for so little! I ended up buying much of that fabric and have used it to make all kinds of things for my grandchildren--quilts, pajamas, pillow cases. With today's fabric prices, you got a steal of a deal! Enjoy!

DH & I drove over 30 miles yesterday for yard sale, and guess what? The same thing that always happens to me. No
material or sewing items there. I`ve even handed out my name phone # at yard sales to any one who knew a sewer.
No luck at all! On Average how many sales do you have to go to get lucky for anything sewing?

Don't you just love a great find? The last deal that I got was about 50 yards of fabric and a couple other things for 70 bucks.... There has been 3 other estate sales since then and I have forced myself to stay home.... I do NOT need any more fabric! I really don't need another machine either, but this addiction that we have is really hard to pass a great bargain up.... Of course we get lots of other things too while out shopping....
