I made a cover for my machine many years ago. I put 2 tabs that stick up on the upper corners, to pull it off with. I also have a cut out for the handle to fold up thru the cover, so I can lift it off my table and put it on the floor or in it's case. You can make your own pattern, just measure your sides, top, width, etc. Your really only need 3 pieces probably = front, back and a width that would wrap up over the top from each side.

amy butler has a free pattern for a machine cover - I made it with her fabric and even use the pockets (I added another set to the back) for thread scissors, seam ripper, my purple thang, and other items that I use every time I use the machine.

Wow, that sounds so easy even I could do that. Thanks for the info. I just broke out my new machine today (gave my old one to DGD) so really need a cover to keep it clean. All the covers were adorable

My machine goes to sleep at nights and we have very dusty home with sand-blowing in through flyscreen doors, so covers are needed on pcs even :roll:

I'm with you. I would love to make a cover for all my machines but have yet to sit down and make my own pattern for them and haven't thought about looking for a pattern.
