I practiced with a sample and I used the fix before and it held all 3 layers together fiine. It's just so hard to peel off the back. Do you wash it after the quilt is finished. Sorry so many questions just trying to find the best way.
thanks

Well, I tried and I decided to use the sticky stabilizer and cut it away under the emb. It works for me. Wanted to share pics of the quilting front and back. thanks again.

Also, the way I do it I don't have to remove the hoop from the machine, just move the fabric to match the center point each time; goes quite fast this way.[/quote]
I think I will try doing it with the tearaway again. The first time I tried it moved. I need to pin it better. Not removing the hoop each time sounds good.
I am quilting this in 4 sections. this is only my first section.
