Which magazines do you prefer on quilting?

letting mine run out. they only have traditional quilts now just in different fabrics. i don't do traditional quilts even though i love the ones people make and so much admire their work but i like small things now and wall hangings to do. i like themes like houses, birds with birdhouse, cats etc. the mags are getting to repetitive for me. besides like someone here mentioned lot of inspiation right here.

McCalls Quilting, Quick Quilts and sometimes Fons & Porter. I used to subscribe to 5-6, but with downsizing and SS, I am down to just 2 subscriptions and if I see a magazine that has several quilts I would like to make, then I buy it. I try to get it at Sam's Club, as it's cheaper there for the magazines.

I like McCalls, I also just started receiving another one whose name escapes me (Quilter's World??) and I get a Scandinavian publication called "Quiltmagasinet" which I especially like. There is such a huge difference in quilt trends between USA and Sweden/Norway.

I've decided to let my subscription run out since we have so many patterns available through all the sites crafty Bear and so many others post for us free. I download the patterns I like and leave the rest.

I currently subscribe to 13 magazines. I look at them when they arrive then they get placed on shelf. This is why I have decided not to renew. I have made maybe 2-3 quilts that were in them so I just can't see why I should continue them. If I want a pattern or a new idea I just come here.
