Thanks for sharing this. I have always wanted to do a mariners compass, now I will have to look into this method for it. Looking forward to seeing more of yours!

that is so beautiful! I took a class with paper piecing mariner compass and takes to long. I never finished it. What pattern did you use on this?

You picked beautiful colors! It's a great looking block,but I think your color choices really make it stand out from all the other Mariner's Compass blocks.
