    Men do like brighter blues too. I made one very similar to this. Was pulling it out of dryer after finishing it when my son stopped by and claimed it.

    You can use solids with a more masculine pattern if you want. I like:

    My hat is off to you madamkelly, beautiful "puff" quilt. I love it. I was very stupid & done one when I first started quilting (a baby quilt) the 2nd quilt I ever made, I cursed & I cried all through the making and swore never again! But yours looks absolutely perfect, job well done!!

    I love using landscape fabrics mixed with Stonehenge, and some blenders. Always works for me. Good luck. BTW many men do not fear a flower or two.
