Snowballed for sure.....the bonus being that your grandchildren will be able to trace thier grandma's growth as a quilter through the years as you make more quilts over the years.

Go with the snowballs - and its very possible they won't even notice the difference. We all have trained quilting eyes but most people would miss the subtle difference.

New baby needs it's own quilt and design.

I use to do that with my grandsons when they were little and granddaughters but learned as they got to be two, three, four, five, etc that they have there own personalities and need there VERY OWN something.

So recommend you go with a design different than what you did for the others.
